The idea of acid flashbacks has been debunked in the past; however, recent reports suggest that it might actually be a thing. Some symptoms started to reappear in people who were previously subjected to LSD, either through secondary poisoning or acid flashback, but it's not clear if they were vivid hallucinations or not.
