China is being portrayed as crossing a red line by simply selling back Russian weapons to Russia, which is due to the fact that Russia can't manufacture weapons at wartime levels either. The United States has been telling Germany, France and Poland to send weapons to Ukraine because peacetime reserves and production levels can't maintain the fight, and bipartisan support for the conflict in Ukraine exists because the American military industrial machine can start producing more equipment and gear at wartime levels.
