The Extreme Ownership Muster is a leadership event about combat leadership happening in San Diego, California on October 20th-21st where the fundamental principles of combat leadership and how to apply them on the battlefield, in business and in life will be taught. Common weaknesses of businesses include departments not working together, unclear communication, too much or too little micromanagement, and taking on too many projects at the same time.
