The fear of falling short, of betraying one's principles, and of not doing the right, but hard thing at the time, is what people should be afraid of rather than getting fired from jobs for doing the right thing. Courage is not the absence of fear or cowardice but a continuous process where one has to make difficult decisions at certain times.
