Strategies for Deposing Expert Witnesses
Expert witness depositions should provide the opportunity for the expert to formulate their entire opinion, while also allowing room for changes and additional information. The opposing counsel must attack the credibility of the expert's opinions, especially in cases where the opinions are subject to peer review.
