Gabriel Garca Francisco, a member of the Mexican cult "Los Narcosatnicos," was responsible for the kidnapping, murder, and castration of an unknown number of boys between the ages of 4 and 15. His crimes were not uncovered until the murder of Jonathan Villega, leading police to connect Francisco to the death of several young boys dating back to 1989.
