The deaths of Stephen Smith and Nathan Millard have left many questions unanswered. Authorities have concluded that Smith's death was a hit-and-run, however, non-medical investigators, as well as Smith's family, believe it was a homicide. On the other hand, Nathan Millard's death was originally reported as no foul play, but evidence is surfacing that suggests otherwise.
