In a shocking turn of events, it has come to light that Elick Murdoch, a self-reported drug addict, was trying to prosecute an alleged Colleton County drug dealer just three years ago. 15 years since his father was the solicitor, the solicitor's office could only name one case that Elick had handled as a lead prosecutor, and that was State v.
