Planet Nine's gravitational effect produces an alternative population of small solar system bodies, such as Kuiper Belt objects that are heavily out of the solar system's plane and objects tilted by 90 degrees, that are not expected as an outcome of planet formation. However, if every single object in the solar system was seen, it would still look spherical.
