As tasers have come increasingly under fire for having potentially lethal side effects, Axon, the company that makes police body cameras and tasers, continues to insert itself into investigations of taser-related deaths. Axon claims that the overwhelming majority of people who die after being tased are killed by underlying health conditions or drug use, rather than the taser itself.
