Two Baton Rouge men, Donald Graves and Harris, were arrested in Texas for allegedly smuggling undocumented immigrants near the Texas-Mexico border following a car chase after a traffic violation stop in Kenny County. Graves is also a suspect in the February 2022 drive-by shooting at the Mall of Louisiana in Baton Rouge after allegedly purchasing the vehicle used in the crime.
