Visitors to Yosemite National Park have been feeding bears, and in the past it was considered to be the fault of the visitors, ignoring the rules from the park. Nowadays such behavior is known as typical Toron behavior, and while it can be viewed on many pictures, it continues to be a safety concern for everyone involved.
