Belarus's President, Aleksander Lukashenko, admitted to falsifying election results while trying to shift the blame in a different direction during an interview. Lukashenko has a history of falsifying election results and offering to share control with Russian President Vladimir Putin to combat accusations of being Europe's last dictator.
