During the wrap-up of the movie American Sniper, former Navy SEAL Eli Crane was asked by Kevin Lace to make limited edition Bottle Breachers for the cast and crew, including Bradley Cooper and Clint Eastwood. Eli put a picture of Eastwood holding up a Bottle Breacher on the inside cover of his cigar box, which he later took to an open casting call.
