A study revealed that any breathwork practice done for five minutes a day is more effective in reducing stress around the clock compared to meditation. Researchers explored different forms of deliberate breathing to find the minimal effective doses to decrease stress levels, improve sleep and mood, and examined how breathwork affects the body and the brain.
