COVID-19 and recent events have highlighted the underlying cracks of the educational system, exposing the inequalities and systemic problems such as lack of access to laptops and internet which is causing the underpreparedness of the vast majority of students for the challenges they face, ultimately impacting their future for top leadership positions.
