Students for Fair Admissions, an organization run by conservative legal activist, Edward Bloom, has brought a case challenging race-conscious admissions programs in higher education to the Supreme Court. Bloom argues that affirmative action in higher education is unlawful and the decision made on this case could have a huge impact on American life.
