Legal expert Anne Milgram explains that even though there may not be proof beyond a reasonable doubt to charge Mark Meadows, the fifth amendment still gives him the right to not incriminate himself in regards to the Trump January 6 investigation. The government could still try to build a criminal case against Meadows to use as leverage to flip him.
