Sean Albert, a 22-year old man, was fatally shot in the upper chest and Christopher Belazar was shot in the left leg at 30977 Ed Brown Road in Tickfall, Louisiana. Detectives are currently investigating and urge anyone with knowledge of the incident to contact the Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office.
