Cristobal Alvarez Martinez leads death squads modeled after the Argentinian dirty war which involve kidnapping, electro shocks, torture, and throwing people out of helicopters. He attempts to train Nicaraguan ex-National Guard to create a new army of Contras after contacting them in secrecy and coordinating intelligence.
