The idea of interstellar travel is not an entirely new concept, but with the recent advancements in technology, it's now becoming more feasible. With the combination of liquid propulsion and solar sails, as well as the potential for fusion reactor propulsion technology, we could potentially reach the closest star in 4-5 years, with or without the use of lasers.
