Georgia Tann was a notorious child trafficker who abused and sold children on a massive scale through a network of adoption agencies she ran in the mid-1900s, which drew unsuspecting clients from Hollywood celebrities to young couples seeking children. Many of the children suffered terrible abuse while in Tann's care, being kept in overcrowded, unhygienic conditions and sold to the highest bidder.
