Grand Rapids detectives are re-examining the recent string of sex worker murders after a friend of the victim came forward and helped them identify the culprit as Troy. An inmate testified that Troy had admitted to pistol-whipping sex workers if they refused to engage in sex, and even expressed willingness to get rid of anyone standing in the way of him having sex with a particular victim.
