Anthony Garcia was caught by Illinois State Troopers after a high-speed chase where agents were able to track his location from pings on his cellphone. Garcia was arrested for drunk driving and in his car, police found several concerning items, including a handgun, ammunition, a crowbar, a sledgehammer, an LSU lab coat, and a stethoscope.
