Paul Freshour, the ex-husband of a woman who received threatening letters from the Circleville letter writer, is questioned by police after his gun is found rigged in a booby trap attached to a sign from the letter writer. He later checks himself into a mental health center in anticipation of claiming insanity as a defense.
