Lawyer Robert Noel Fleming is accused of misappropriating over $26,000 from his law firm's trust account that was meant for a client's expert witness, as well as falsely reporting expenses to avoid sharing fees with his partners. The lawyer purportedly spent most of the misappropriated money on video game entertainment and paying for his credit card debt.
