Milwaukee County Judge Brett Blumey was arrested for allegedly using the Kik app to access child pornography with uploaded images and videos consistent with child pornography through the Kik app on 27 occasions last fall. The Kik app has been known to have child pornography posted regularly, and it's too difficult and expensive to scan every image.
