Investigators found human skull fragments, ripped out clumps of hair, small pieces of cloth, and jewelry in the woods of Westport near Family Beach, and later discovered more of the victim's belongings half a mile away. A piece of human skull was also found near DeVol pond, leading to a potential murder case.
