A trained psychologist, Ashish Nandi, interviewed a little-known BJP functionary Narendra Modi and came to the conclusion that Modi exhibited all the traits of an authoritarian personality, including puritanical rigidity, a constricted emotional life, fear of his own passions, and an enormous ego that protected annoying insecurity.
