A new investigation has been launched into the death of Stephen Smith with hopes of finding real answers and a different conclusion surrounding his death. Legal experts will petition the court to conduct a new autopsy and determine whether Stephen was killed on Sandy Run Road or elsewhere with an open-minded approach to the case.
