North Korea claims to have developed a new intercontinental ballistic missile called Hwasong-18, which analysts believe needs to be tested though it improves the country’s ability to launch a quick nuclear counterattack. The country is said to be working on new warheads for its generation of missiles, despite the fact that they are liquid-fueled and a target while on a launch pad.
