Parabiosis experiments have been done on mice where the circulatory systems of old and young mice were connected, resulting in amazing effects on age reversal. The experiments have also been conducted by taking out old mouse blood and replacing it with a total plasma exchange. These types of experiments give way to the possibility of extending life for more than a year per year lived.
