The police shootings are more of an advantage than disadvantage in America because it's a necessary action sometimes. Police shoot more white people than black people, but encounter more black people which is a bigger percentage than in relation to the total population. The disadvantages of the people of color living in poverty and getting worse schooling are the systematic things that need to be fixed.
