The speaker believes that ending lockdowns but continuing to wear masks is the best approach, however, it seems that nobody in the political spectrum agrees with that, as one side wants to continue lockdowns indefinitely and the other doesn't want to wear masks, meanwhile, many Asian countries and Czechoslovakia were able to control the virus by using masks on a wide scale.
