Russell Lafitte's lawyers filed two motions in his federal case, including a pre-trial motion that sets the rules of engagement for the trial, such as what the other side can and can't say. The motion seeks documents related to banking professionals who served as conservator and personal representative for PMPED cases from 2011 onwards, and claims that the bank's executive committee was overridden by Lafitte, his father, and sister when it came to handing out large loans.
