Randy, who was shot and killed during unrest in Kenosha, was found to have hundreds of photos and videos of child sex abuse featuring underage black girls on his computers, for which he was arrested on suspicion of second-degree sexual assault of a child, child-enticement prostitution, and use of a computer to facilitate a child sex crime.
