The St. Louis Cold Case Unit has reopened the case of the unidentified victim known as "Jane Doe" who was found murdered in 1983. Despite setbacks such as lost evidence, the case has been re-examined with advanced forensic tools in the hope of finally bringing justice to the young girl and her family.
