Short, frequent sessions (20-30 minutes) in a sauna with temperatures ranging from 80-100 degrees Celsius (175-210 degrees Fahrenheit) have been shown to significantly increase growth hormone release up to 16 fold, with a five fold increase seen after just one session, but caution should be used as extreme temperatures can be dangerous.
