She-Man's business is a matter-enabled program that aims to encourage more women to set up businesses by providing training and digital skills to over 1.5 million women in the world which includes successful business leaders and women just starting out. According to the CEO of NatWest Bank, if women set up businesses at the same rate as men, it would add 250 billion pounds to the economy.
