The globally mobile tech talent from India and Israel, who have ties to the West with their large diaspora, are hard to demonize compared to the US establishment or the ultra-nationalist CCP. These non-establishment groups, along with liberal Chinese, are cautious of China and are in the bottom two quadrants of the political compass.
