State Representative Chris Rab has introduced legislation in Pennsylvania that would require men to undergo vasectomies by age 40 or after their third child, in response to restrictive abortion bills across the US. Rab argues that as long as the state legislature continues to restrict reproductive rights, laws should address the responsibility of men who impregnate cis and non-binary individuals.
