Detectives in Alameda County pursued leads on a suspicious guy who came on their radar in August of 94, but after talking to Doug's girlfriend, they found out that her shift on May 27th didn't end until 8 p.m. - after Jenny's body was found. Police learned that Doug moved out of his parents' home soon after Jenny's murder, but a few weeks later, moved back in with them.
