The Department of Justice needs to be more aggressive on antitrust, going after collusion and price fixing with CEOs who are driving prices up, and potentially taking this on criminally. Lena Kahn of the Federal Trade Commission has spoken out on both current profiteering and the longer history of mergers and acquisitions that led to giant companies capitalizing on crises.
