Tim Suko testified at the trial of the man accused of paying him to kill two people, that he met the accused when they both worked for the company that owned the white van they drove the night he shot Doug Carlisle. He also testified that a year before that job, the accused told him he could make money for roughing up some guy in North Dakota.
