Detectives investigating the murder of Julie Kibuishi eventually traced the ATM card of their prime suspect, Sam Hare, to Rachel Buffett‘s fiancé, Dan Wozniak, whom they found at his bachelor party. Dan confessed to police that Sam had confessed to him that he shot Julie twice in the head after she refused to have sex with him and then threatened him and his fiancé, Rachel Buffett, and charged him with accessory to the murder.
