The St. Paul Serial Rapist Mark Wallace lured his victims by posing as a job recruiter or offering them rides, using the opportunity to sexually assault them. He was eventually arrested after a woman called the police when he drugged her with a drink at work and was found with shoestrings in his pocket he planned to use to tie up his next victim.
