The Chalminskie Massacre was the biggest pogrom in Russian history and resulted in the killing of almost half a million Jewish people, located in Poland or Ukraine at the turn of the 20th century. Violence and aggression were rampant even for minor offenses, such as looking at someone the wrong way or having ADD in the 50s.
