A man named Joao, who owns farms and some mines, has molded an entire town in his image, with photos of himself everywhere and a whole industry has sprung up around the sale of white clothes for visitors who forget to bring their own. Joao oversees everything from new businesses to new construction and some are worried about how long he's going to live.
