Colonel Russell Williams, a decorated military bigwig and former base commander of Canada's largest air base, was pulled over for questioning in 2010 in relation to two sexual assaults and a series of thefts and murders. Despite having an impeccable reputation, a tail was eventually placed on him and he was found guilty on all charges.
