In the final moments of United Flight 93, pilot Phil Bradshaw states that the hijackers were panicking, as the passengers attempted to breach the cockpit. The terrorist pilot was wildly shifting the direction of the plane, until one of the hijackers finally screamed in Arabic and the pilot pointed the nose of the plane down.
